"覚えておきたい表現"を自分用に書いておきます。
① Her words often turn out to be true.（彼女の言うことが、よく当たるのよ）
turn out →わからずに想像していたことが、結果となって現れる
② westward
西へ、西に向かって★ eastward 東へ、backward うしろへ、homeward 家へ
③ hang around with
なにをするでもなく）一緒にいる★ used to hang around with them a lot when I was a kid.
あいつらとは、子供のとき、よく一緒に遊んだ
④ look into 覗き込む★「未来を覗き込む＝予知する」
I'll look into it. あるテーマに視線を注いで調べる
⑤ We thought you might want to join us. （あなたも合流しない？）
You might want to.... は、「…したらどうですか？」と人に何かを勧めるフレーズ

今日は何か特別なことでもするの、ユージ？

What are you up to? は親しい人に「何やってるの？」と言うときのあいさつ。
be up to ... は「（よからぬことを）たくらむ」という意味もある
イタズラ小僧がニヤリと笑ったときは Oh, oh. He is up to something.
（あぶないあぶない。あの子、何かたくらんでいるわよ）
You have no right to do that!（そんなことをする権利はないわ！）
